I've bought 2 inside gates from Lacerations Creating with jambs and moldings, anything stained. The purchase came promptly however the history started.
The cut was suppose to become walnut (obviously mentioned within the purchase), however it was some lightest wood I Have ever seen. I reported - these were shocked the walnut cut actually got requested, simply because they do not share it anymore. They returned me cash - great, but why nobody lifted this - alternatively they quietly delivered me the incorrect thing.
Another surprise. The web site statements they produce the gates within their service, but my internal mahogany doors possess a press - "Produced In Malaysia".
A few months later after installation. The gates dried up in the room temperature (I suppose it had been really damp in Malaysia) and damaged. About 1/16" to 1/8" on numerous bones. I named to protest, delivered images. Supervisor was amazed - mahogany doors often do not break and questioned me to hold back couple weeks to determine if breaks may shut. I waited 2 more weeks - they didn't shut. I named them up, they requested for more images. Lastly after not reacting for couple weeks I acquired your hands on supervisor and he stated this really is regular for that gates. Opps. Why-don't they simply dry the timber prior to making the gates?
Could anyone purchase a doorway understanding you'll visit a break following a couple of months? I'dnot.
