I bought all 15 windows & gates with matching sidelites and that I was informed that my windows were a retrofit wallet installation plus they were to recycle my current cut and anything could be completely protected assured. Much to my shock following a couple of years I observed air-leakage around some windows and round the gates by which THEY stated anything was protected & should be from the prior mount. After I examined these mistakes I came across windows which were not correctly covered in the outside climate air-leakage/humidity, seal problems & frozen internal windows and gates. I also believed I'd ventilation issues with the loft etc and included bigger ports to determine if ventilation was insufficient and was significantly more than necessary. I eliminated my internal extension jambs to determine when the windows were calculated also little which produces oxygen infiltration around the windows along side severe temperature reduction and that I was proper TOO LITTLE by which I had been informed these were calculated properly, based on my dimensions nearly 1/2" also little all means around.
Were do I start with seal problems and sash alternative, nearly every screen hasbeen changed and water infiltration beneath the exterior of the gaskets of the windows creating mold development plus they declare it's extremely difficult, NICELY IT"S FEASIBLE. Let us notice nearly 15,000 in price and that I will need to substitute all of the windows and gates THE RIGHT WAY
