I have had a similar experiences as person who posted on 8/29. Mr. Epstein works out of New York office, and most of the time does not return phone calls. Most of his other staff work out of a Florida office, including Tom Martin and John Trumbull. At this point i need to check out quitclaim deeds that i received in the purchase transaction. It doesn't appear that they were recorded by Wayne County Register of Deeds, so ownership and title is questionable.
They are eager to get your money, but after that you are probably on your own. There are definitely laws against fraud, and state attorney general of NY and FL may be interested.
My suggestion is not to get involved with these people.
I would be interested in communicating with others who have complaints with this company, but not sure how that works.
