Daughter Still Waiting On Bed

I came into American Freight store for the first time on 8/15, and purchased 2 twin beds sets and the Daydreamer bedroom suite for delivery, (in which I paid $75 just for delivery) I am yet to received the headboard for bed and it has now been 1 month and 5 days, everytime I call I am told it's on the way or tomorrow. David Ramirez was my salesperson but on 9/20 I spoke with Adam (who stated he was the manager), and had know idea what was going on and proceeded to be rude and make smart remarks. When asked how he would feel if his daughter kept asking when her bed would come? He stated it doesn't matter my daughter would have a bed. I was very patient and understanding and only became angry after waiting over a month. The company did not wait for payment and I consumer should not have to wait for merchandise.
