Company damaged many items during the shipment, and one TV box containing $1000 of paintings was missing/stolen by the company. I suspect they thought it contained a TV and stole it for that reason.
They refused to complete delivery before I signed off on the move, regardless of the fact that items were missing and damaged. They told me to file a claim. When I filed the claim, they denied it becuase I had signed off on the delivery.
They now refuse to help me locate the lost items, perhaps for fear of being prosecuted for theft.
