I purchased a washing machine less than one year ago. I called on June 10th as it stopped working. The technician was helpful but told me that it had a faulty part and would need to be fixed by their technician. The first available date was June 22nd, 12 days later. I waited 12 days, called this morning and gave them my cell number and said they were to contact me at this number. They never called me on that number! They left a message on the house phone, drove up and saw our dog on a leash at the front door and left, needless to say they did not try any of the other 4 doors and there were SIX people in the house! I had to call four times and was then told they cannot come until July 1. I explained that their product was faulty and their technician did not call me on my cell phone, they said there was nothing they could do about it and that the next available date was July 1. This is totally unexceptable. I will NEVER BUY from this company again. Not only was the product defective but they do not honor their warantees! I have never been treated in this manner by any other firm: Apple, Mercedes, they all honor their warantee and jump through hoops if their is a defective issue with their product.
