This is absolutely the worst property management company that I have encountered. The company owner (Robert Duncan) was at all times arrogant and incompetent, and did not come close to providing decent advertisement or property management for my rental. My property sat empty for four months while the company remained at all times unresponsive and inactive. Realizing their own incompetence, the company delegates out property management responsibilities to third parties, which, in my opinion, can not be trusted because of their association with Rent New Tampa. I would recommend to anyone thinking of using a property management company to avoid this company. Rent New Tampa is a definite Rip Off.
