Refused to take back Bright Effects LBP15R30M2 lamps which lasted SIX months, "not in the system"

Attempted to return 2 Bright Effects lamps #LBP15R30M2, which burned our after SIX MONTHS of MINIMAL use.

Local Lowes store could not find them in their computer system so they refused to give me credit for these lamps which were supposed to be good for SIX years
