I hired Mill CIty Concrete to lay drain tile and complete a driveway. They came to lay the drain tile and did such a horrible job - could not let them come back to do my driveway. The did not put the drain tile deep enough for the driveway to be installed properly, they did not glue the joints of the pvc pipes, the pipes were laid crooked and were not flash with the gutter or sump pump pipes. They install the t's backwards on the pipes and they were not sloping to the street. They left the yard in disarray - the crews pee cup on the retaining wall, fabric and knife laying in the yard, They did not put enough rock or fabric around the drain tile.
I had to hire someone else to come and re-excavate, add more fabric & rock and in one 110 ft section re-excavate, remove the pipe and relay the pipe so that it would be flush with the gutter and sump pump pipe and drain toward the street (using a level). Tim Foutinelle refused to take any responiblity and will not give me my $4000 dollar downpayment back. I am going to have to go to an attorney, etc to get my money back - I could not allow him to continue additional work when he did such a horrible job on the drain tile. How could he complete a job like this and then put concrete on top of it so I could never correct what he did. Do not work with this company - they are terrible!
