The Greg you speak of is one of the owners and is a dis-barred attorney. He took his dis-barring case to the Az Supreme Court and got his butt handed to him and thrown out. He is still illegally practicing law for Gorenter.com ALL THE TIME.
It is illegal for him to do their legal work. They charge the owners over $300. Per eviction in legal fees and they only pay the attorney that goes to court $75. No one know this! Greg Dawson - look him up - is charging a rip-off for "legal doc prep" his property managers prepare as part of their job. Owners see it on monthly statements as legal billing and wrongly believe an attorney or law office created it.
I am putting together list to contact a class action attorney, we only need 8 people. If you were a tenant this may have affected you. If you went to "legal" Greg charged you all these fees illegally, you had to pay them to stay in your home.
