Steven feldman
Earlier we reported the seemingly sketchy background of Steven C. Feldman and that he was deemed not eligible to practice law, on several occasions since he became a California licensed attorney on May 7,1982.
Now we know the truth. Steven C. Feldman is a Dead Beat Dad. On August 23,1999, he was suspended from the practice of law for failing to pay his ex-wife support for his ex-family. It took him until April 6 to get his act together. During those eight months he supposedly did not collect legal fees. (We're looking into that next.)
On September 27,1999, a little over a month later, he added a new suspension to his record for his failure to pay California State Bar membership fees. His suspension for this action was lumped into the previous suspension and by April 6, he was back at work.
On August 16, he was suspended AGAIN because he failed to complete any of his Continuing Legal Education (CLE) requirements and it took him almost a year to take care of it because he was not re-admitted to the California State Bar until June 11.
Six months later, in December of The Feldman Law Center was opened.

Greg feldman
On our last blog about the Feldman clan, we mentioned that the only Greg Feldman that showed up on the California State Bar website was a public defender in San Francisco. Today we were able to confirm that Gregory Alton Feldman does indeed work in the Juvenile Division of the San Francisco Public Defender's office currently. But that is not the Greg Feldman at Feldman Law Center.
We show no evidence that Greg Feldman is an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of California.
