I recently ordered a pool cover with "Easy Drain" option. It turns out this 15$ add on is plastic rings they mail to you with instructions on how to cut your new cover to install. Online the quote is, "A series of small drain holes get installed in the solar cover"... They don't bother to say that the installation is by you! They refused to let me return the cheap plastic pieces for a $15 refund and said that since I received them I could not get a refund. Customer service ended every email with a snarky "Thanks" I wish their shipping department was as quick as their nasty customer service.
