I have recently purchased a Paint Zoom as seen on TV. The hoses kept blowing off, the pump kept clogging (repeatedly) and the paint had to be diluted to the point that what I sprayed was totally sheer and ineffective. I wasted a lot of paint transferring the paint from bucket to the paint gun reservoir. I also wasted the better part of a day trying to get it to work. I called support, which was totally useless since all they would do was repeat what was in the instruction manual. When I tried to return the defective product on-line, I was treated very rudely by a customer service rep who obviously spoke very little English. I put my son to task to try and return the gun or get some sort of satisfaction. The rep was rude and ineffective as well as unsympathetic. It was a total waste of $99.00 and I recommend anyone considering this misrepresented product to return to the paint roller or purchase at a brick and mortar store with a good reputation, such as Lowe's, Harbor Freight, Walmart, or Home Depot. Don't waste your time and money on Paint Zoom.
