Quoted one price of $580,90% complete with the job... Raised the price to $775. Job bid: re-grout front brick porch & seal. Terrible job, got the pics to prove. Stay away from this guy - forewarned! Job not complete; won't return calls. Just want Dallas folks to stay away from this. Advice: do not engage Joe Brick!
