I found Yancheng Foreign Trade Corp. Ltd. Through ALIBABA.com They were supposed to be a Gold dealer. I bought a Tractor and front end loader and sent the deposit of $1930.50. That was Feb. 22 I was promised shipment 30 day after deposit was made. It is now Aug. 13 and still no tractor or refund. Yancheng Foreign Trade Corp. Ltd promised me a refund in June but I never got it. I filed a complaint with ALIBABA.com they supposedly have fair trade fund to reimburse someone that looses money to someone listed on their site. They promised a refund almost a month ago but have found ways to keep from sending the refund. I offered to fill out the forms for them to wire the money. Dealing with Yancheng Foreign Trade Corp. Ltd and ALIBABA has been a nightmare.
