I ordered a custom bead curtain from them in november it is now july & i still haven't received it. Just like the other complaint about them on here, i dealt with both charles and alex. They kept promising it would be on its way soon, and gave me some bull about them having problems getting it from vietnam because of customs issues. Then a few months ago they stopped taking my calls or answering my emails or messages altogether.
I am trying to contact the BBB next to see if anything can be done, since they charged my credit card right away & now i am out $150. I can't file a complaint with my credit card company either because i closed that card shortly after so i have no recourse now with them.
