Filli's tree service damaged house & property, defaulted on contract, changed their name

I hired filli's tree service to log my property. They damaged my house by dropping a tree on it, left a huge mess and only paid me 40% of the agreed contract. My understanding is this happened to alot of other local residents, so filli's changed their name and is doing business now as chris filli & son tree service. Please stay away from these crooks
