Loss of Powe

Our name Is Quincy Woods and that I am handicapped. I have been without energy since Monday September 11 at 7:00 am each morning till present. I have called and named. Your day of the interruption I created my initial lack of energy phone in those days. When I extended to contact the automatic program explained that energy could be repaired to my region by 4:30 pm that evening. The ability was never repaired. I called again and lastly got a live individual and that I described what I had been informed from the there automatic program. The reaction was the machine must have never stated that.By nowadays however no energy and that I proceed to contact but still no reaction of why I had been trick by there program. Respectfully Submitted.
