Scumbag alert! Charles can be an utter scumbag liar. He was known with a buddy within the winter of 2010 to repair a trickle to get a sensible $100 charge. He'd an extended sob story of how he dropped his industrial roofing company towards the econmic environment, and we empathetically stated we'd utilize him within the Spring for total top/gutter replacement.
We were cited a $5000.00 charge, a bit large but he's very the braggart of his capablities. WE WERE TOTALLY CHEATED! The very first evening he arrived to start the task he reported of rainfall that appeared as if it had been coming and quit early. Every telephone call eneded having a tale of why he wasn't ready to return. Many times later a few of the function was completed-improperly. We are in possession of a brand new trickle within the top. THE TOWN OF PHILADELPHIA fined us for that sanctuary omitted entrance for over per week... Again, reasons for why it had been not obtained.
Obviously we will have to pay for another roofing to complete the task properly.
This guy is just a traditional instance of the con-artist. Ideally Juice can pay him back to take benefit of people!
