Two years ago when we moved into our first house, me and my husband bought a mattress from Mattress Giant. Now this was at the point where we needed a mattress immediately of we would be sleeping on couches. The mattress was awesome, I loved it, it was so soft. After less than a year, I noticed a sagging in the bed. I mentioned it to my husband and he said his side was sagging too. It's a california king size bed and we stay on our own sides so it wasn't long until we noticed something we called "the hump" in the middle of the bed, which was just where no one laid so it was higher than the rest of the bed. I had a 4 inch sag on my side in the middle, my dog even fell into the hole one day and couldnt shift her way out.
Now I went to the store about the sag and was assured that if it was more than like 2 inches that it would be replaced. He told me to put a broomstick across the bed and take a picture of a measuring tape on it to show the depth of sag and bring them in with receipt.
