Mr Sharma is our Landlord/Freeholder and as shown in my Youtube Video youtu. Be/vNfUBcQBpZA of Trafalgar Court Mundesley Mr Sharma has been sending false accounts to us the Minority Leaseholde

Mr Sharma/London Land Securities has been involved with many ripoff's against many Leaseholders for many years, one of these was Radipole Road, where the Judge said he is not a fit Landlord.

Trafalgar Court in Mundesley is where Minority Leaseholders receive bills from Mr Sharma which even though they state are done by Barry Flack Accountants, much of the info supplied to him is missing etc.

When he brought the Freehold of Trafalgar Court in 1999, he started a campaign of ripoff and terror.

He started housing drink and drug patients from the then Princess Diana Rehab on the outskirts of Mundesley, TC was being used as the overflow.

These patients used the hallways as toilets and threatened Leaseholder, so in fear of their lives they abandoned their flats, some complained to Mr Sharma who offered them 2,500 for their flats they had paid 40,000 plus for
