Law office of Jai Sharma
Jai sharma, incompetent ineffective

Jai Sharma is not a real lawyer. He claims that he handled many cases like mine before and completely screwed up. He took a large retainer from me and then kept resetting the case.in the end he settled with the other party & didn't even notify me.

He collected the funds and signed my name to the check & took more than his 33% including the retainer.

He is a bullsh*tter and knows NOTHING about the law. He makes false promises and put me off every time I would call his office.

I did some investigation. Turns out he was not licensed for over 8 years! He used to work for a private health care company doing their employee handbooks.

He moved away to another private health care company and again was not licensed.

He never had experience infront of a judge until recently — when he represented his wife, Phalita Sharma for THEFT.

His wife was stealing from Wal-Mart! She stole panties, button expanders, sleeping pills, glasses, chapstick and Acne Cleaner!

Even for his own wife, now on probabtion for theft, Jai Sharma was a complete idiot! He settled with the prosectutor as he did with my case and didn't even try to fight it all. He told me he was the best litigator the courts have ever seen. LIAR!

He is a terrible lawyer and a theif himself. Upon further digging I found out that he himself has a criminal record for theft and a brother who is a sex offender on multiple counts.

Do not use Jai Sharma for any legal servies or advice.
