After trying dozens of pool companies, thought we found a nice, reputable contractor in David Gesmond. Wrong. Full of BS, as much as the next company. Never showed up when promised. Did an OK job installing liner, 3 years later, shallow end is wrinkling. Jerry-rigged pool lights in an unsafe fashion. Sold us a "gently used" heater for $800 that had a bad valve, $600 repair quoted by three other companies, Kept promising to come fix heater. Never showed, after 3 months stopped returning my calls and emails. Has the gall to use a photo of our pool on his website. Beware. Liar. My autistic son needs to have water temperature warm. David knew this, ripped us off anyway.
