Same story as everyone else, PDR riped off us and our insurance company with poor quality work, charged for items that were not provided and once you realize what they are doing, it's too late because you've already signed with them. Take my advice, file your lawsuit now and get someone in your home to help you determine all of the things that aren't up to code or weren't done right or the high quailty supplies they billed for are not what they actually used on the job.
Pay a private adjuster to review everything from the estimate to the completed work and then file a lawsuit so they can be put out of business once and for all. I don't know how they got on the "prefered" list with so many insurance companies but they've figured out how to make a nice profit by using sub-standard materials or billing for quality materials and using poor quality materials.
