Delivered damaged goods, lied about compensation, never called back, ripoff

My circumstance is too long and too upsetting for us to go through the whole thing here. I will give you the jist though. We ordered a living room set and dining room set from Marlo in mid october, and it was to be delivered the following Wednesday. Everything but the loveseat. That was to be delieverd the following week after that.

Basically when they delivery men finally arrived, they were abrasive, rude, and disgruntled. They delievered me a damaged leather sofa, and refused to put my dining room set together for me. Finally putting the dining room together it allowed me some time to get on the phone with customer service regarding the damage, after several resentful and rude people including DARIAN the delivery manager, I was finally given a credit to keep the damaged sofa.

Fine, between all of this, the delivery men kept telling me that they had to go because thier daughter was home now, and they "did not have time for this". My husband contacted Marlo the next day to complain about the delivery men, their attitude and the damage he found to our dining room set, after I had gone to bed that night. (i did not inspect the dining room set that day at all) THere were also tons of scratches on our wall due to rushed and careless moving. THey gave him 20% off the entire purchase price and we were satisfied not happy.

When the next week came and we we took off to recieve our loveseat. It did not show up. THey had left a message the night before, (not thier policy, they are to leave a message 72 hours in advance) that the loveseat would not arrive, and they would call us when it got in. UNACCEPTABLE!

Since then we have yet to recieve the loveseat, or have someone come out and clean our walls, as well they are now claiming they will not discount our price. I am livid. Marlo is the worst furniture company in the DC area. I have emailed, faxed and all but gone up there, and no one has returned my calls. We are still waiting on our furniture.
