Advertise a "no problem' return policy that charges a HUGE return fee for each item even if it was shipped in one box together Internet

CSN stores advertises a "no problem" return policy as do most online retailers. I have dealt with many and returns/refunds are made with minor handling or restocking fees. CSN completely misrepresents their return policy. Hidden in some fine print somewhere is that they can charge an outrageous shipping and handling fee for each item returned - even if all 12 are part of one box of items.
