Zeljko Radic of A.R.T. Home Care promotes himself as a professional home cleaner. He shows up, gives you a professional business card, and cleans your house a couple times, even though it is sloppy. He was then paid in advance for the entire month. He cashed the check, and never came back. He ignored all emails, calls and messages. He is a scam artist.
