I took a half day off today so I could drop off my car to get an alignment with you guys at the shop on 2480 K Avenue at 1pm. They had told me it would be done in a couple hours. I called back at 4, and they told me to come back at 6. I couldn't do anything because my car was there. However when I came to pick it up, the car hadn't even been started on. I think if you guys are going to have the lifetime alignment plan, you shouldn't take care of them last since they have it. I took my own time off to get it done so I could have it done for the weekend, however it wasn't. I don't believe this is professional for your business. I would like to be treated like every other customer. Please do not tell people it will be done, when it is not. If that was the case I should have just got my alignment elsewhere. I am a really unhappy customer at this time. I had to take the car back home with nothing worked on. If you guys want to keep your customers, I think you should do a better job taking care of them.
