These people prey on individuals who are about to lose their home. They do not care if you do or not. They take your money and do nothing. I sent them $1,500.00 to save my home. They always came up with some excuse for not returning my calls or helping us. We had to go another route and hired an actual attorney to help with the loss mitigation. I have left them countless messages, e-mails, etc demanding return of funds and all my information. They have yet to do any of this. Check with the Better Business Bureau, they have 8 open cases regarding this company, doing the same thing to all of their clients. Do not deal with these people.
If it wasn't for the fact I issued a stop payment on my debit card and got my money back, I would have lost my house by now.
These people do not care who they hurt as long as they get their profits!
