Ok... I know there are many of you out there being ripped off by this company. You call in to them from an infomercial that runs in the wee hours of the morning.
You're half asleep and really don't listen to everything they are telling you and offering you. BAD IDEA! You'll get a sales rep who will take all your information and credit card first!
Then they wil start offering you other items to view for "free"! Or ask if you want to try this or that for a $1.00. BEWARE! After the "30 day trial", you will be charged for those "free" items!
Also as a bonus, you will start getting dozens of telemarketing calls, AMS/PEI is a marketing company, so they sell that info! NOw in the midst of all this confusion, they will give oyu a price, keep in mind this is a quote of the 1st payment.
Most courses are broken down into 4 payments, others are charged in full after 30 days. Also all those extra "free" items will be an additional cost too. They tell you that you will be billed, well, to me that mean a paper billing sent.
Not with this company, they will bill you to the credit card info you gave them without notice and if they get a decline more than once on it, when it comes available to charge, they will charge at least 3 payments to make sure they get their money, or as much as they can get of it.
Also there is no paperwork aas to when you "30 day trail" ends in your package, you have to call the customer service # and get that along with the total price. Why? Because unless you are a "test" customer there will be no invoice as to how much they plan to charge you.
They are slick in a round a bout way of deceiving you on that sales call. And if you try to cancel, you can't. So if the sales rep give you the customer service #, be prepared they cannot canel either.
And you have to pay for shipping the package back to AMS if you don't want it and the trial offer charge is not refundable. And if you get express shipping which is $15 extra in addition to the 24.95 shipping, even when you return they will charge the $15 to you. Now you don't have to pay to have it shipped to you, you only pay the trial offer charge for 1st 30 days. Wow!
I could go on and on... Anyhow my best advice is not to order this crap anyhow. Its not been updated that much in 25 years. They bascially change the look of the course is all. Save that 9.99 or 10.95 and use it for a treat for yourself!
