This outfit got my business about 3 years ago
They regularly attempt to get current customers signed up for the guaranteed yearly price which has been ridiculously high each year. After negotiating they have come down but how many accept the high offers?
This year same thing but I decided I had had enough.informed them in Sept of my intention to change. They continued to take my monthly annualized payments through several months in spite of calls to cease. Always "in the system to fix" Then claimed they could do nothing till the tank was returned which happened early January. Then Timmins did not report when the tank was delivered so held up again. After about 10 calls, waiting 30 minutes each time, they reported they have the tank. This was early March. Since then still waiting for my account balance of over $1500! Now away so Hope the cheque is in my mail when I get home. Will report further then
