I ordered a bathtub and was given a delivery date of 3 weeks by salesperson. When it had not arrived I called to inquire and several days later was told it was "apparently on backorder" and was given a "possible" shipdate in another 3 weeks I cancelled order at that point. The company refunded 2/3 of what I had paid after a delay, and I was given no explanation of why they kept $500. I tried to contact customer service and left 3 messages asking for an explanation and the calls were never returned. This was NOT a special order item and there had been no activity in filling this order. It's very difficult to speak to any department at the company with the exception of sales.
