First contacted Annas Linens Dec. 28,2010 requesting a refund.
Received reply Jan. 6 from Annas Linens that district mgr. Ray Bhawani would be contacting me in 1-2 days. Jan. 10,2011 I contacted Anna's Linens saying, no one has contacted me. It is now March 25,2011 and still no reply from management or customer no service.
How can a low end window covering company do business this way?
A lot of times you can not tell how something will look until you hold up to a window.
What a rip off. Ever thing I tried to return was in perfect order in packages - 1 opened but taped back together perfectly! Receipt in hand. What a rip off organization!!!
