If you think a good contractor is expensive, try a bad contractor. This work was not what we contracted for.

We contracted with licensed Reno's Four Seasons Design & Remodeling, Kevin Rose and Chris Stecker to build us a room to our plan's specification. Their room did not survive the first winter. It was now twisted and had 1/8 to gaps in its walls.

This room was not what we contracted for. Our several warranty communications with Kevin Rose, Chris Stecker and Reno's Four Seasons Design & Remodeling went unresolved as they never returned our calls.

By the end of the second winter, this room had 1/2 to 1 gaps in the walls and one of the slider had twisted out of its frame. The Four Seasons' room was unusable, dangerous and grossly leaking increasing our utility bill. Our several warranty communications with Kevin Rose, Chris Stecker and Reno's Four Seasons Design & Remodeling went unresolved as they never returned our calls.
