Yes, you cannot submit an order without joining their $9.95/month club. Also they will later offer you "a $10 off coupon for taking a survey", which enrolls you in a second $9.95/month club. Also their prices change in the middle of placing an order! They think you'll let an extra $2-$5 slide... But that can add up for multple items! And their customer service is completely worthless.
