Non payment for services

We did termite treatments for nick newsome on 2 houses on nicholas lane in moneta va. He used our treatment records to market these houses. He never paid a dime to us. He got his money for building the houses, we're out $1400 bucks. He wont return your telephone calls. We've made repeated attempts to visit his home to speak to him. He wont actually come the doorway. How will you request something rather than purchase it? I'd never have these folks create anything for you personally.
