Ordered a low price then said not in stock then doubled price to reorder Little Chute

I called big paint store for blown in insulation got a price 6 dollars a can then then went online to order with a ten percent discount they sent me a email out of stock then changed price online to 13 dollars a can and said they think manufacuter is discontinuing product
