The store manager at Martinizing Dry Cleaning in Cary, NC is one of the worst managers I've encountered thus far while living in Cary for almost 9 years. This is not the caliber of customer service that is required by people living in Cary. Most of the residents are from the Northeast or have lived in Cary all of their lives. They expect excellence - whether it be product or service. The woman argued with a customer, responding and reacting in a way that was unprofessional for her title. It really makes the owners - Mike and Laurie Bass - look really bad. Why aren't the owners on the property once in a while like they were when this business first opened a couple of years ago. If this business is going to survive in this economy in NC I would strongly suggest that Deborah get an attitude adjustment. It doesn't matter how irate (whether right or wrong) a customer is — she should know how to calm them down and reassure them that their product is there - just misplaced. And, when the owners were on site nothing was misplaced. Please get someone in a management position for this establishment that actually care what customers think and how they feel about certain circumstances.
