Town of cary has already made up their mind to approve special use appication for 150' AT&TMonopole 10 -SU - 004 Tower in vacinity of our Kilarnet Point subdivision before the hearing which will be held at 6:30PM on December16,201o at Cary Town Center at 316 N. Academy Street. All our forty home owners are against this Tower erection close to our neighborehoos. As per earlier studies, such towers omit radiation which is harm ful to children and other residents in the vacinity. Towers of that size have negative effects on the local nearby property values. We the residents of the Kilarney Point Community and the home ownera and HOA strongly oppose to the erection of 150' tall AT&T Tower. Want the media to raise oue voice of opposition to advise Town of Cary, NC Plannibg Department to reject the approval of this special use application by the land owner who is agreeing to let the AT&T Tower be raised near our neighborehood. We would like a representative of media be present at the time of hearing at the toen of Cary, when we the residents and home owners will be appealing the Cary town hearing board our opposition and requesting rejection of the appraval of special use application by the land owner for AT &T Tower.
