First off, the owner Mark Webber is a con artist. He will promise the homeowner everything but deliver shabby, unskilled work. Realize he has a local radio show on horticulture ONLY because it is paid advertising by him.
He never shows up to do your work. He apparently claims to be an arborist but does not even do a walk thru on the day the work is done.instead he sends his menial unskilled laborers who hack & whack away at your plants, flowers, shrubs & trees. His workers killed 1 tree & screwed up another and dug up my plants.
However when you try to straighten this out & make right w/him he becomes explosive and combative. Most of the time he avoids your calls, letters etc so he can run down the 1 year warannty. Yes you are out of luck with them.
If you visit the website you will see beautiful plants etc but I promise, he sure as heck did not post any photos from my house/landscaping after his workers sliced & diced the heck out of everything.
He is highly unprofessional and if he were living in another area of the country where there are protective consumer protection laws, he would have been shut down years ago.
Dont let me forget to tell you how outrageously expensive he is.in this case you do not get what you pay for.
In short he misrepresents what he will do, send out untrained, uninformed workers to do whatever, refuses phone calls, letters etc when you have a valid complaint, acts inappropriately hostile when you finally actually talk w/him and finally, he charges a butt load of bucks to ruin your property.
