This guy hired me to install tile (1000 sq ft) in a mobile home, gave me $500 dollars when he realized i wasnt gonna keep working, otherwise he would have screwed me with the full amount (1500).
He is a biglier, he is good at that. I trusted him beacuse he was my neighbour and nice kids, so i never tought he was that kind of crap.
The day before i finished he asked me tohurry so we can get paid, so i did, with my friend as helper, so once we did, he dissapeared.
After that i found out he was evicted from the condo where he lived.
I called him 1000 times, he never picked up the phone anymore, i even called the home owner (known bishop in wilton manors) mr Terry Villaire, this one never cared about it. He said he fully paid the job and dont bother him anymore.
I learned from this experience, just hope that nobody else falls in this guys way.
He is not licensed and his company doenst exist. He drives a old white ford ranger plate number 442 whn.
