PRUDENTIAL REAL ESTATE Consumers beware -N-E-V-E-R - do business with this REAL ESTATE company!

Consumers please beware DO NOT do business with HERMAN GROUP REAL ESTATE located at 453 Vandehei Ave., #140, Cheyenne, Wyoming!
These so called 'PROFESSIONAL' Broker Associates are con artists. We recently listed our home for sale in Cheyenne, Wyoming. What a rip off doing business with this company.
At close of Escrow File No: 4523-1471728 First American Title Company of Larmie County [public record], we the SELLER were not only charged SELLER BROKER FEE, but also BUYER BROKER FEE $9,085.00 paid at close of escrow just in so called DUAL 'COMMISSION' Fees.in addition here is a list of what we the seller were charged at close of ESCROW:
BUYER BROKER FEE...$5,325.00
BUYER LOAN ORIGINATION FEE...$2,175.9
BUYER LOAN DISCOUNT FEE...$815.92
BUYER APPRAISAL FEE...$500.00
BUYER CREDIT REPORT FEE...$40.50
BUYER HAZARD INSURANCE FEE...$863.29
BUYER FLOOD DETERMINATION FEE...$14.50
BUYER COURIER FEE...$40.00
total loss to us the SELLER $14,666.00 at close of escrow.
Never at any time did we tell the so called 'PROFESSIONAL' broker associate that claims that she was representing us the 'SELLER' that we agree to pay the BUYER BROKER representation fee et al., the so called broker associate from HERMAN GROUP REAL ESTATE was a 'PROFESSIONAL' con.
The type of contract she brought to our home was called quote 'EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO SELL LISTING CONTRACT' never ever sign this type of contract you the SELLER will end up paying BOTH dual COMMISSIONs i.E., BUYER, SELLER at close of escrow.
In our case the so called BROKER ASSOCIATE who showed up at our home never disclosed the various types of real estate contracts/listing, i.E., OPEN LISTING et al., why the so called 'PROFESSIONAL' real estate broker from Herman Group Real Estate never mentioned these types of contracts/listing? These types of contract/listings benefit the SELLER, of any type of REAL ESTATE period. 90% of real estate companies will not take them why? OPEN LISTING is the very best ONLY the real estate agent who produces an able willing buyer is paid the commission, you the SELLER are not going to pay out dual commission fees at close of escrow i.E., Buyer Agent Fee, Seller Agent Fee.
Never use a real estate company to sell you home when you can sell it yourself any title company will have the packet 'FOR SALE BY OWNER' which includes the contract, you can list your own home on the internet, or any newspaper and get the same results without a substantial loss at close of escrow, OR paying dual commissions plus.
Our loss for trusting this so called 'PROFESSIONAL' real estate company to list our home for sale, tantamounts in well over $9,085.00 paid at close of escrow just in dual commission fees! We the 'SELLER' never at any time agreed to pay BUYER LOAN ORIGINATION FEE, BUYER LOAN DISCOUNT FEE, et al., we trusted this so called real estate company based upon statements made they are quote 'PROFESSIONALS' they indeed cons!
Consumers please do not do business with them you will regret it at close of escrow!
