My motor coach was in Harrisburg PA for service. It was in the wrong place when a water main was broken, damage caused by 8" of water in the basement storage area. 6 days ago now I contacted the local franchise, not only have they not replied (now within days of one month since mold started to grow) but when I went there to see their shop—it did not exist, at the address given on the national web site.
What? They just take advantage of people in trouble?
