Once you sign the contract—you can hardly get them to return a call or email. My experience with Climate-Partners was the worst I have experienced in over 25 years of owning homes. Skip this company. Check out the BBB reviews also. They handle customers concerns like ostriches—they just hide their heads in the sand.
A false deduction from the bottom line on our estimate claimed multiple rebates—that they would file for us, hah. It took months to get zero results and I got a small faction back through only by my own efforts. They practice "rebate and switch" deceptive sales practices and I will be contacting the Ct Office of Consumer Affairs to report their consumer deceit.
