We hired this gentleman who seemed very sweet and nice. He said how he was a contractor and gave us his resume. To find out his license is expired and also that he is not legally permitted to accept money and hire sub contractors. He demanded we pay 2500.00 up front and we gave him cash. He had a young man named David come to do the demo to one of the guest bathroom shower that took three days. Then no one came back for 2 days - he did not even call us. I called yelling and asking what was going on and John shows up with another worker a tile installer named Ross.
Ross said he knew nothing about this job and John got himself into another mess. John only paid Ross 100.00 for the work to start. We paid 2500.00 and John did not return. He quoted us 10,000.00 for our entire three bathroom remodel. This man has ripped off other people. Ross said that he John lives in sober living in Garden Grove and that he uses other peoples cars. He said that our money probably wne to buy a used car that he is driving. He is also advertising on the internet as well. Be aware... Do not use this person.
