I had a new Furnance installed in November in my rental property by Carroll Home Services (aka Carroll Fuel) and every year thereafter, when winter comes and I go to turn the furnance on it will not work. I always have to call the company to come out and fix it. Just for them to come out I have to pay $68.00 and then the repair cost. 3 months after installing the system, it just shut down and because it was under warranty there was no fee. The new furnance was installed in 2007 problem I never turned it on (no tenant) problem problem. My old furnance was 50 years old and every winter when I turned it on there were no problems... It started right up.
Do not let this company install anything in your home.
