How can they change the deductiable on my insurance

I just recieved a notice from my (home owners) insurance company. Owcen notified american family to lower my deductiable without my knowledge. This is funny because i couldn't get ocwen to even pay it last year even though it is included in my payment. I notified my insurance man he changes it back or hes dropped.

What a bunch of assholes.
