Ocwen has bought my refinance loan not once but twice and both times neglected the terms of the contract both times. Both times the terms of the contract were to include the property taxes, and home owners insurance.in the year 2002 was the first refinancing, when the descrepesies were discovered I immediately started correspondence with OCWEN explaining the circumstances with the documented proof.
OCWEN never once responded to any of my corrspondence therefor I had no choice but to pay the property taxes or be deliquent, I was also under threat by OCWEN to get homeowners insurance or they would add their own at three times the cost. I was stuck paying a higher mortgage payment because of the property taxes and homeowners insurance being included in the refinancing contract that was not being honered by OCWEN.
So Im paying OCWEN and the property taxes and home owners insurance multiple times incurring more debt forcing another refinanceing only to be bought by them again to repeat the same dishonering of the contract the same way putting a total hardship on my finances forcing foreclosure and being put on the auction block on 1-06 @1:00 PM. Also A Nine thousand dollar cashier's was expressed overnight to them 1-03.
I have no idea what they did with it.
