Andrea Ashton advertised a 'luxury apartment' for rent in downtown Seattle. The ad sounded fishy but I responded anyway. When I got the reply she was clearly scamming me. She said she was in the UK and had no way to let me see the apartment or give me the keys until AFTER I signed the contract. My friend looked up her name on this website and found she scammed someone else too! Read for yourself:

After that, they will contact you with the payment details, and they will ask you to send them a refundable deposit, $1,200.00 in 24 hours (the money will be for the first month of rent the security deposit).
