Words cannot describe how displeased I was with the whole process of buying a carpet from National Floors Direct. I highly advise anyone looking for carpet to "STAY AWAY" from using them! Here are two quotes from the head of their customer service department (this person answers to ownership): 1. "We're too busy" and 2. "I don't know what to tell you." They have a 24-hour install guarantee, but it took a month to install my carpet. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra money and use another company.
